"Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower wouldn’t drain, valet was incredibly slow, front desk wasn’t very nice. The best part of the stay was the coffee shop and their employees. "

Our slider door to the bathroom was stuck 1/2 way and maintenance couldn’t fix it, lightbulb burned out, tv didn’t work, breakfast VERY meager offerings and then ran out of cereal, spoons and napkins. Heard many people trying to get help with their issues. Ramada needs to take a look at this property to keep its reputation. "

"Rooms are spacious with microwave and coffee maker. Happy hour with snacks and omlets cooked to order for breakfast were nice surprises. Gym is small but adequate. Location is excellent, walking distance to downtown and to the Capitol. "
