The only major issue we had was with the shuttle. A desk position employee and the actual driver of the shuttle told us they would be running until 11:00 PM- then at 10:15 when our concert was over we called for a ride back to the hotel only to be told the shuttle stopped at 9:00. The couch & furniture are also in need of an update- other than that we enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful & friendly.$

It was great for our plans. We walked to a fun place for dinner and there were were several options. We then walked to the civic center where our event was. The hotel was really nice and very reasonable. The suite was bigger than expected compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

I got charged for something we did not order and when I try to clear things up, it was a nightmare. Finally got it resolved though!! Someone charged a meal and a drink to our room and signed for it, but it was clearly not our signature, but they tried to argue with us and say we did it!! I Suggested that from now on, they asked what name is on the room and make the person verify it. It’s too easy to charge somebody else’s room for something!!

Everyone was friendly. From front desk, house keeping, maintance, food service with the omelet maker and the people that cleaned the tables and bartenders. It was my birthday and they all made it great. We will go back.

Our room was molded and dirty. The lady at the front was very kind and switched out room, but to another molded and dirty room. The main lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are dated and dirty. Also, There were no advertisements that they were going to be hosting an entire fetish convention in the hotel when we went to stay. It was loud and crowded the entire time.

This is a typical Embassy Suites, with the open courtyard in the middle, generous breakfast, and happy hour. This would have been a fantastic place in the '80s, but the rooms are in dire need of refurbishment. The carpeting in the room is old and worn, the HVAC is terrible, the bathroom has mold in the tile grout. It's too bad because everything else about the hotel is great.

I stay at Hilton properties a lot and this property we had to switch rooms three times due to flooded and worse one room was mold in sink an unclean sheet we had two rooms and it's switching several times. Staff agreed.. I believe they give there worse room to expedia buyers. I have never seen worse beds at Hilton. On good note breakfast was amazing
