Easy check in with kind staff. The location of the hotel is amazing! Perfect walking distance to the old town square, metro, tram, buses ect. Clean hotel with comfy beds. The hotel was charming. It was clean and the staff super helpful. Check in was easy and the staff helped us with all transportation issues as well as suggestions for getting around the city and tours. It is not a property however if one has any physical handicaps. Rooms are small with steps and can be difficult to get to. Overall, we loved it.

Prague is a beautiful capital city but the old town area is a maze of small streets and this hotel is walking distance to everything in the old town. The staff were very helpful and I was pleased about my upgrade.

The hotel was not travel friendly - long long hallways and through 3 different doors and a few step to get to our room. Very challenging with our suitcases. There was a male staff standing in the lobby but no one helped us with our luggage - the entrance to lobby is a few step is through a very narrow door way that you must prop open 3 doors to enter lobby.

Overall I think the stay would have been enjoyable, but the check-in experience was below average. First the keys didn’t fit and we had to go back down with our luggage through the labyrinth of hallways. When we got the right key, we opened the room and were greeted by a cloud of smoke. Truly annoying. When requesting a room change at the reception the guy just looked at me and said they don’t have other rooms today. After I told them that in this case, they will have to give us an upgrade, they magically made another room in the same category available. Overall the staff is nice, but the bad overall hotel management leaves them struggling I feel. Also the rooms are tiny, so not really worth the money.
