"The hotel was on their last week with their kitchen supplier/mgmt during the last week in October when we stayed there but the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our evening meals and gave us some amazing breakfasts. "We had booked the hotel with the intent of using the hot tub. The room was situated a long ways from where the hot tub and pool facilities were. The weather wasn't nice so we didn't end up using the hot tub or pool facilities. The breakfast was excellent though!"

"Enjoyed a great stay here for our wedding anniversary. The guest suites themselves are well sized, we had a nice view over the vineyard and lake. They included a coffee maker and everything you need for the stay. The staff took great care of us for our anniversary, making up a nice charcurtie board for us. After we had our included tasting they left a bottle of our favourite wine for us in our room. The location is well placed if you want to walk to wineries for tastings. We didn't have a car for this trip and we just walked from winery to winery for our tasting. Then next morning we walked into town. Its a nice walk and most of the way is on a dedicated pathway. Being late October there were no restaurants nearby for dinner so we did need to get a car into town for dinner, but if you went in summer then the Hillside Bistro is open and its just a few steps away."

"We stayed in one of the remodeled rooms and it was very nice. Definately more than i expected seeing all the bad reviews. The only negative is they are redoing the pool and it should be mentioned when booking that it is out of commision. But the lake is right across the street and thats what i went for. I will definately be returning and hope to get same room"
