The room was clean but the last day we stay the person in the front desk was so so rude to the lady that does the breakfast. I overheard the way she talk to the poor lady (breakfast lady) I was disgusted/ disappointed. The front desk person was a lady I’m not sure if she is the manager or what, but the way she spoke to the lady was not the correct way. Also they (front desk) don’t tell you what time is breakfast in the weekend and weekday.

Tom at checkin was a gem. He was extremely helpful after an awful day with car breakdowns. He suggested many great ideas and options. Super helpful.... Cant say enough! A very pleasant and informative person which we definitely appreciated.

I wish we could rate the hotel as very good. We were greeted by friendly & efficient staff and our room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included but we did not have any. The area looked clean & other guests seemed happy with it.
