"We spent a week at the Kronprinz Hotel in Falkensee in September 2014, and were very pleased with the accommodations. The location was approximately 20-30 minutes from downtown Berlin by train, which was a 15 minute walk from the Hotel. "I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "

"Die Unterkunft selbst war bestens. Leider gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Check In, da der Code für die Türöffnung nicht übermittelt, bzw. die Info zum Check In nicht übermittelt wurde. Nach einigen Telefonaten wurde das Problem von einer netten Mitarbeiterin per Telefon gelöst. Die Auffindung der Unterkunft stellte sich sehr schwierig dar, zumindest zu den gegebenen Umständen , es regnete und war sehr dunkel. Wir fanden sie schließlich durch Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin der Pizzabäckerei um die Ecke....

"The Hotel is relatively difficult to access using public transport - the nearest bus stop is "Freiheitsweg", some 15 mins walk from the Hotel. That aside, and now knowing how best to access the hotel using PT, I would highly recommend the facility, given its excellent credentials for which I have given an appropriate rating."
