"Sarah and Rodrigo are great hosts; their rustic apartments and Suites are right in town at Punta Arenas. The space was good for our family of 3 adults and my son liked his bedroom with a nice bed and a writing desk. "We had a lovely stay at Villanita for 5 days in March, before setting off to Torres del Paine National Park. Ana speaks excellent English and is beyond helpful. She arranged a taxi to pick up my husband at the airport when his plane got delayed and arrived at 1 am. She printed out ticket confirmations for us. She had great shopping suggestions (Balfer in Zona Franca for hiking gear) and even gave us a ride there. The two bedroom cabin is very cute with a full kitchen. There's a grocery store...

"A stone’s throw (okay, a 5 minute walk) from the bus station made this location perfect. The room/apartment was truly wonderful, and the blackout curtain in the bedroom was very much welcomed. Sun didn’t set until 10pm and rose at 4:30."

"This hotel was good. Located right in town, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. The only issue I had was with kitchen staff. I’m vegetarian and asked for a packed lunch to be made for me to take on one of my tours. They assured me I would get a cheese sandwich and even showed me the ticket where they wrote “cheese sandwich, no ham” on it for the kitchen staff. Lo and behold the next day when I got my lunch, there was ham in the sandwich and I couldn’t eat it. "

Excellent location.

"Excellent hotel and location. Many flight crew stayed here also. Overall great location and stay. We needed two bed and selected the upgraded room upon online booking but still needed to negotiate the “upgrade” on arrival which was accommodated without paying more again. "

"The hostel is clean, well maintained and friendly service. The beds are comfortable and showers has lots of very very hot water. The hotel is centrally located so can walk every where. Breakfast is free (coffee, eggs, toast, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereal and fruit salad). Also can take breakfast to go. "
