"Quick check in. The staff has been very helpful. I am on a motorcycle, it has been raining, they offered towels to dry the bike and found some towels i could take with me, as my seat is very soggy. "

"This hotel is fantastic, but you definitely pay for it. Portland, in general, is expensive. Parking was $45/night, very basic hotel breakfast for 3 was $70 ($35 of that was covered by hotel amenity fee credit), but overall just expensive. I made the reservation because I wanted to be walkable to most things, and it is, but I’d save a couple hundred and drive a mile or so to something less expensive if I were ever back in Portland."

"Courteous desk staff and efficient valets (all parking for hotel is valet due to property space and city locale.) Convenient location to the bay, local shops, transportation excursions, and some restaurants. Lobby is beautiful and comfortable with living room style seating, as well as business work stations incorporated into the decor. We enjoyed complimentary hot tea and coffee in the lobby. Housekeepers did a great job with the room."

"Very pleasant staff. Room with King bed was spacious, comfortable and very clean. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Portland. Rates were great. Loved the fireplace."

"Made a last minute reservation on Hotels.com due to a flight cancelation. Was greeted warmly and checked in promptly at the hotel. The facility was obviously recently renovated and beautiful. The rooms were in new condition also. This was a very nice surprise. Enjoyed free happy hour cocktails and dinner. Took the free airport shuttle at 4:00 am and was physically in the airport within 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you very much. Highly recommend."
