The parking lot is small, but easily accessible right beside the office. There are plenty of cute restaurants and convenient/grocery store that are easily walkable. The area is clean and quiet. "

"I always stay at Jantzen Beach properties because it is close to shopping and dining. However, during this stay there was an electirical fire in of the maintnece rooms. The propery did move guests to the nearby Holiday Inn. "

"Very good stay! The rooms are all old but are well maintained for what they are. Yes, the carpets has rips here and there but there are no weird smells, noises, etc. The people are great and very helpful. Just remember that this is like an apartment complex converted to a Residence Inn and so you will need to drive to your room after you check in and walk back for breakfasts in the AM. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. "
