Walk straight and you’ll reach Puerta del Sol, turn left and you’ll reach Plaza Mayor, down the block and you’ll reach the Tirso de Molina stop on the Metro 1 (light blue) line which will take you to all the sights in Madrid. The only issue is every morning you have to walk through the corner church giving out food for the homeless and sidewalk can get extremely crowded."

"The refrigerator was broken and the staff couldn’t be bothered to get it fixed. The beds are air mattresses which are horrible. The male staff member Luis harassed me which made me so uncomfortable I left several days early. There are no locks on the doors and nowhere to securely store belongings.
