"Very pleasant stay for 5 nights. Automated check-in was easy and straightforward. The room was small for 3 people, but adequate and clean. Excellent proximity to suburban train. Easy access to groceries, ATM, and local restaurants. About 15 minute train ride to central Copenhagen. We had Copenhagen Cards so no added expense for the trains. Even my picky wife was satisfied! "We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"Lovely hotel with amazing helpful friendly staff. Special mention to Ida, who remembered my first name from last trip when checking in. Nice peaceful place to relax after work travel. All facilities on site, free parking and you can walk into the city centre in 5 minutes. Beautiful old building where there are some rooms and restaurant/bar area. Superb place to relax and unwind."

"I did not like the breakfast arrangement, for breakfast you have to walk to another building, as i had limited mobility I had to miss out on breakfast every day of my stay. you do not even offer a basic breakfast which can be delivered by room service. This was a real inconvenience"

"Det er et rigtig rigtig fint hotel vi følte os meget velkomne fra vi kom så vi gik vi havde en suite på 15. etage med udsigt over Tivoli selv der kører udrykningskøretøj hele døgnet rundt lige nede foran fyldte vi os overhovedet ikke generet som vi ellers har oplevet andre steder. Jeg vil gerne fremhæve sengene de var virkelig lækre og ligge i og rigtig god morgenmad."

"Bella Grande is definitely one of my favorite hotels! I love the elegant and classic atmosphere they create for the entire hotel! "The staff at this property were first class and so helpful, and always ready to assist despite it being Christmas when i stayed there. The house itself is very pretty and in a very cosy, pretty traditional Danish rural area in Copenhagen. it was also extremely clean and the bed in my room was unbelievably comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept on and i could tell it was memory foam. Very quiet and safe area and again the house itself is very pretty and traditionally Scandinavian with traditional Scandi ornaments decorating it. The toilet and shower were also extremely clean as well as there being a large very clean kitchen area. All in all a wonderful stay and very cosy! Really a good example of hygge vibes!"
