"Overvall the hotel is clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. However upon arrival on Friday we were notified that the pool would be closed on Saturday from 4pm till Sunday 7am. This information should have been shared with the guests prior to arrival. On Saturday the entire day up until 4pm, the pool was filled with noise and extra personnel setting up for the event, they started moving out the pool chairs and umbrellas way before 4pm. "I was notified by the taxi driver that the area was unsafe. Upon entering the neighborhood we asked two patrol officers for directions and they stated that the area was “hot” and that I could be robbed and/or murdered just for walking in the streets. I took their advise and found another hotel in a safer area. I enjoyed my time in Trinidad and Tobago. "

"My stay was great! My favorite things about the property, were the walkability of the area and conveniences nearby. There’s a 24 hour convenience store a block away. Within 5 blocks radius there are: coffee shops, bars, Chinese restaurants, bar and grill, local cuisine, etc. Close enough to the Savannah and Aripiata Ave. that they’re easy to get to. I also felt very safe on the property as well. "
