"Having a pool side room was fantastic. Pool was clean and pleasant. Check in fine. Friendly/helpful staff. Security system is like Fort Knox 😂 Just bare in mind if going on an early morning tour you may have to arrange with staff to set the gate to open as otherwise you're locked in between 11pm and 6am."

"The borders were close due to Covid 19 the air line refunded my nonrefundable flight HOWEVER this hotel did not want to offer me a credit for a later stay WHEN PEOPLE WERE FREE TO ENTER THE COUNTRY. Although I was not asking for my money back. I think this was very dishonest. I will never recommend this place to anyone. however I will be in Trinidad as soon as I can.. DO not stay here I only booked because during the Carnival you don't really stay inside just change and go. "

"My stay was great! My favorite things about the property, were the walkability of the area and conveniences nearby. There’s a 24 hour convenience store a block away. Within 5 blocks radius there are: coffee shops, bars, Chinese restaurants, bar and grill, local cuisine, etc. Close enough to the Savannah and Aripiata Ave. that they’re easy to get to. I also felt very safe on the property as well. "

My wife and i slept on the sofa the 6 nights we were there.called for maintenance.no one came...the last 3 days, the water was turned off.No running water!!!. "
