"This was our second stay, and once again the staff are the shine atop an already exceptional property. There was a mix up with the Expedia booking but we weren’t even aware because the gentleman at the desk immediately called the desk at the attached sister hotel, The Savoy, and we were upgraded into a room there. "Nice hotel. Location is a bit far from old town (industrial area). No Uber in Genova, so taxis are a hit or miss, they can charge you whatever they want, you never know what you are going to pay. Expedia charged me for breakfast (I paid for it) but it doesn't show up on the reservation. A weird glitch, but still not right. Be aware."

"One thing I love about this place is the heartfelt hospitality, staffs are very well-trained and wonderful, you can feel their passions toward works. Property is so beautiful designed and surrounded by lush of green, the lobby is like an art exhibition with modern furniture. Room is so cozy and comfy, nice scented amenities too.
