"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

"Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. "Overall a decent hotel, quite large, and All Inclusive worked well. Good choice of food & drink options throughout the day. Animation team enthusiastic with a fairly reasonable program of activities. Nightly entertainment could be improved with more shows. We were here as the hotel was preparing to close for winter and it felt as though the shutdown was taking place before all the guests had left and the facilities were dwindling by the day! "This is a very luxurious property featuring two bedrooms, a huge living room, dining room and a big terrace with a private pool. You'll be really spoiled here. It is also very quiet and private. My only complain is that they only provided coffee pods for one day. The problem is that you can't buy this kind of Nespresso pods in the small grocery shops in this area, so this put us in a very awkward situation, having to ask them every day to give us some coffee. And while they didn't refuse us, they didn't forget to mention that they were doing us a favor because they don't have to provide coffee every day. I think this property should revise this policy because it is customary in every single hotel or Airbnb to provide coffee for the duration of your stay. After all, for the amount they charge you for a room the could afford a few pods of coffee!"

"The hotel complex was well maintained with clean and clear pathways. The buildings and rooms were modern though showed some signs of wear and tear, but all facilities worked to the level expected. Our room was lovely, actually a suite, with a personal pool which was wonderful. Food options were plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner. Staff were all polite and helpful and friendly."

"Everything was great apart from being woken one morning at 6am by the laundry being thrown into the hallway outside my bedroom door. I didn’t see anyone other than the man on reception. He was polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "
