Bof, il faut aimer ce genre d'hôtel
Gros complexe, où tout est payant : boissons hors de prix, transats sur la plage alors que la plage "appartient" à l'hötel. Buffet correct, mais sans plus. Le parking est très petit, donc les clients finissent par se garer n'importe où, en désespoir de cause. Nous nous sommes donc garés dans la pinède et nous avons dû payer pour ça ! L'accueil est désagréable. La chambre était par contre agréable et le balcon sur le jardin très bien

Einfach perfekt!
Hier hat man wirklich alles was man braucht, Preis-Leistung ist top. Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber, Personal sehr nett und bemüht, tägl. Animationsprogramm, Essen ist hervorragend und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Für Kinder gibt es eine Teenslounge, am nahegelegenen Strand gibt es eine Wasser-Kletterburg, Spielplatz, Trampoline, elektrische Autos uvm.! Wir hatten den perfekten Familienurlaub!

I can't comment on the hotel itself because I didn't get to stay there. I showed up at this hotel after another Valamar property in the center of town didn't have the room available that I booked. Hotels.com rebooked me here. When I arrived, the front desk told me they didn't know why hotels.com booked me there as they only had a room for 1 night, not 2. The suggestion was to just see if they could put me somewhere else in the morning. I had them move me to yet a 3rd Valamar property that could accommodate me for both nights. It was a pretty terrible experience and I won't stay at a Valamar property any time soon.

Alles super! Das Einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass Frühstück und Abendessen nur im Saal möglich war und keine Terrasse bzw. Aussenbereich dafür vorhanden ist.

für den Preis, hat das Hotel wirklich einiges zu bieten. das Buffet ist einfach toll, Personal ist leider sehr unmotiviert, Salzwasserpool, Preise an der Bar sehr teuer, Zimmer für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert

Ottima posizione grandi spazi
Hotel in ottima posizione davanti al mare. Si può arrivare in centro paese in 15 min a piedi con una passeggiata illuminata. Numerosi servizi, piscina pineta e ambiente esterno molto pulito ed ordinato considerata la grande area esterna. Servizio molto buono, personale molto attendo e gentile. Stanze sufficietemente grandi.

wir kommen schon über 30 Jahre nach Porec (teilweise Novigrad) und haben das Hotel Crystal leider erst vor 4 Jahre durch die blaue Lagune richtig wahrgenommen und seither gibt es für uns nichts anderes mehr.

Hotel leicht in die Jahre gekommen, Essen war gut
Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen,Essen ist gut kennt man alerdings nach 3 tagen alles da es sich wiederholt. Service war gut,unser Zimmer war etwas nach 14 uhr fertig, dafür gab es zum Abendessen ein Getränk gratis. In großen und ganzen ein schöner Urlaub.

nekoliko mana, parking se naplaćuje a nema mjesta na parkingu već se mora parkirati po šumskim stazama, u restoranu za vrijeme večere uz vino se nemože naručiti voda iz pipe već se za to mora tražiti odobrenje šefa sale ili naručiti preskupu bocu flaširane obične vode, soba (superior) ima samo jednu stolicu dok druga osoba može sjesti samo na krevet što nije praktično kada je gost obučen za izlazak

Schönes Hotel! Alles prima!!!
Was nicht schön war, der Pool war defekt. Wir konnten jedoch auf die Nachbarhotels ausweichen. Die kinderanimation war toll. Meine Tochter fand das klasse!
