"I originally booked for a mountain view, the room was not cleaned when I was sent to it, so I was moved to another room with a view of the parking lot. Original room view was gorgeous. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. "This is the second time we have stayed at the element in SeaTac. The hotel is very clean, bright, and luxurious, looking while still being comfortable. However, this time the breakfast, which last till 10 and was pretty much gone by 9:30 and no one was restocking it. Also, we were given a handicap room which we did not request, and the shower was very uncomfortable. Water got all over the ground, and it was impossible to shave my legs in the confined space with the stool built into the wall. "
