"We had the most amazing time here. The staff were so helpful and genuine. Rita was very helpful! She booked our transportation and was able to accommodate for us. The rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast was beyond. We did the wine tasting- the most amazing wine tasting experience I’ve ever had. We also got a massage- this was amazing too. So relaxing. The pool was amazing as well. Very clean. This place is truly magical. Out of a painting. I’ll forever hold a memory of this place in my heart. "

Barbara really nice and said would store luggage on arrival, the room was actually available and given to us at 10.30 am on arrival Only had one night as had been staying in another hotel in Lucca. Room was quiet, clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was good Stored luggage until our departure later in day. "

"Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "

The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything, including the city walls and lovely piazzas. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, hospitality, and value so well. Whether you’re travelling with kids or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this hotel hits all the right notes. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Lucca!"
