"Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights. "

"The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again."

"This was a convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately we were not provided with the code before our arrival, and so in order to check-in we had to walk to another place, which was a bit confusing. The lady was very friendly and welcoming though. "

"Literally across the street from the train station! And maybe 10 minutes from the Duomo and downtown area. A ton of dining options plus a grocery store around the corner. The host was very helpful and provided local places to eat. We also loved that there is a washing machine! The only negative for us is how small the shower is. As two people who are 5'11 and 6'4, it was very hard to shower. Plus the shower leaked so we constantly had to mop up the floor afterwards. "

"It was perfect for our family of 5. 2 adults, 3 teens. We had our own space, and although it wasn’t huge, it was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was quaint and the bathroom was modern and spotless…there’s even a towel warmer! Wish we could have stayed longer! The location was also just right, we had no trouble getting around from there using our gps walking and we were able to eat at several nearby restaurants which were amazing! "Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

"Fabulous hotel, excellent location, very quirky with Hell or Heaven rooms, have tried both, so different but both as good. Great atmosphere, big rooms, amazing toiletries and free water and beer. Decor throughout very well thought out. Restaurant evening dining extremely good, gets very busy. Breakfast good choice of hot and cold, highly recommend."
