"We enjoy that the room/s we're big enough to fit 5 of us incl 2 children, it was spacious and clean and had a lovely balcony All the right amenities, the bathroom door was a bit troublesome and the rooms weren't too sound proof. We were often woken in the early in the morning by external noise in the halls. But other than that it was warm and dry. Would definitely stay here again "

"This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. "
