"I had originally booked a second floor room but it was only after booking that I realized it would be easier for us on the first floor as my brother is on dialysis and had medical equipment that we had to bring in. It would have been really difficult to carry it all upstairs so we asked when we checked in if it was possible to get a ground floor room, the gentleman working at reception was able to do this for us and we were so grateful to him."
