"Spent a weekend at La Fonda en route to Denver. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff and management were welcoming and so helpful to new visitors to Santa Fe. The location is within walking distance to almost everything you would want or need here - Restaurants, boutique shoppes and galleries all around. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite), and the restaurant was always busy (we only had breakfast here, but delish!). "

"Cute motel. Staff is super friendly and shuttle service to the plaza is convenient. Rooms could use an upgrade but everything worked and was relatively clean. Noisy neighbors. Good if you’re not spending a lot of time in the room and need a clean inexpensive place to stay that is centrally located. "

"There was one word that consistently came to my mind during our stay: charm. The people were charming. Well before our arrival, they had sent a personal welcome text. Not some AI generated crap. Something personal. They responded to my reply within two minutes. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was cheerful. Even the sweet girl at the desk at 5 who had to get up when I took my dog out. "This is a great place for families. Very comfortable and spacious. Half mile walk to plaza which is very doable. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and would definitely stay here again. "

"What a comfy little gem of a place! My husband and I were very comfortable in our suite with our cozy fireplace. We absolutely loved the added amenities of having food and beverages in the lounge, once again, cozy in front of a fire. Staff was extremely kind and thoughtful! We enjoyed walking to the farmers market, restaurants and even the plaza. Highly recommend!:)"

"Great location, easily walkable to the central square. Plenty of parking for $10/day, a bargain in Santa Fe. Fairly inexpensive room compared to the other nearby options. Carpet in the room was soiled and ready for cleaning or replacement, but otherwise the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. Room was serviced daily but the empty body wash dispenser in the shower was empty our whole stay and not refilled during housekeeping service. But overall, a nice place for the money and we’d stay here again."
