"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"Beautiful, large, charming decor in the New Mexican style which was superior to hotel rooms that I’ve stayed at in Santa Fe. Good value and the staff was attentive and friendly. Nice to have a small kitchen table with fridge and microwave too. Would love a better reading light and more outdoor lighting along the sidewalk. "
