"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

However, there is no point to pay extra money to stay in this camp - there is nothing special, pretty boring place (even in the evening). The beach is not worth to stay and we rather went to different much nicer surrounding beaches near Umag each day of our stay. I would not consider it next time at all. I know much nicer places in Istria."

"The Savoia Excelsior is super conveniently located right at the city center and in the water-front. It's location is for sure it's most attractive quality. The staff is friendly but not as attentive as I would have expected. the rooms are comfortable but I feel they could get "refreshed" a bit. The bathrooms are wonderful but the showers tend to be a bit messy as the window is too short to keep the water out of the bathroom floor. I did not have breakfast or dinner in the hotel so I cannot speak...
