"If I could give Hotel Herceg more than 5 stars I would. Everything about this hotel was amazing. From location to the staff. The hotel is at the heart of Medugorje. A very short walk to the church, nearby shops, and restaurants. "Absolutely loved our stay here in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't have more than one night. Our room had a perfect view of the river, and in the morning we awoke to the beautiful haunting sound of prayers being sang from a local temple, echoing off the mountains. Very clean and well equipped apartment, and a really lovely welcoming hostess. Thanks again."

"It was a great experience to stay at this hotel and very close walking distance to the old bridge. It was very difficult to find at night by car. If you are from Iowa like us, we recommend arriving before sunset. The fenced, secure parking is nearby. It has a beautiful courtyard to enjoy coffee and terrace to enjoy breakfast."
