Not only were the staff welcoming and the hospitality warm and comforting, the staff often went above and beyond to help, and were happy to engage in conversation. We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet!
