"Where to start? Our time spent at Tulemar Resort was definitely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I can’t even begin to describe the stunning beauty I witnessed there. The awe inspiring views of the ocean and jungle were absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, it felt like I was dreaming every morning I woke up and opened the window treatments. The location of this resort is absolutely perfect. My family stayed at one of the Tulemar bungalows. They have floor to ceiling windows with truly phenomenal views. The bungalows are fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning and stocking everything daily. A nice walk-in shower, two comfortable queen beds, a pullout couch, and a nice little private deck with a million dollar view. To add to the million dollar view, you’re greeted by squirrel or Capuchin monkey's daily. The wildlife is such an added bonus, it was one of my favorite parts of our trip. The 3 different species of monkeys…Howlers, Capuchins, & Squirrel monkeys. Not to mention, Marine Iguana’s, Gecko’s, Toucan’s, Macaw’s, & Sloth's to name a few. The lush greenery there is absolutely beautiful, and truly memorable. Before I sign off, I most definitely have to mention the Tulemar Café staff we had the pleasure to meet. Simon, Jordi, & Daniel were our waiters that made an everlasting impression. They took such great care of us, and they’re truly genuine human beings who showed us the meaning of Pura Vida!"

"We stayed on the beach side of the hotel. Property grounds were gorgeous and filled with wildlife. We skipped the national park entirely as we saw sloths, capuchin monkeys, squirrel monkeys, agoutis, scarlet mccaws, iguanas, and a ton of butterflies right at the hotel on a daily basis.. Restaurant was on the expensive side but very convenient and beach dining was a plus. The only downside is that you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms like doors slamming due to the marble floors and wood ceilings, but we got used to it. We will definitely be staying here again!"
