El Conquistador Resort
Check in was miserable. The workers were unpleasant and uncaring about the fact we had asked for a room not in the marina but we got one anyway. Told us to come back to desk after 20 minutes in vase they could switch us and when we showed up they said no anyway. Waste of time!

The Royal Sonesta San Juan
Nice room with balcony and ocean view on 16th floor. Comfortable bed, great shower. All of their staff was exceptional. Concierge, Anthony, was very helpful. Hotel food quality and service were all very good.
