"La casa esta muy bien, parece haber sido renovada recientemente y se encuentra muy cerca de la presa la encantadora, que como su nombre indica es un lugar con encanto, un pequeño paraiso a apenas 3 Km del pueblo de Vallehermoso. La estancia nos resulto muy agradable y disfrutamos de la tranquilidad y de la belleza del lugar. Sentimos no haber conocido perdonalmente a su propietario y le agradecemos por el detalle que nos dejo a nuestra atencion."

"We were very pleased with aspects of our stay, the apartment was clean and bright, next to the sea and was comfortable and generally well equipped. However the shower was not hot and had to run for around 10 minutes before reaching its maximum, inadequate temperature. I was also disappointed to be asked for an 80 euro deposit for keys, one of which was electronic and didn't work. We were not warned this would be the case and it seems excessive. On the day we arrived I received an email telling...

"A lovely stay at this property. It’s walkable to Los Gigantes, restaurants and stores. Parking is at a premium, but there is a taxi stand in front of the hotel and a garage up the hill. The nightly entertainment was a nice surprise. There were plenty of overall food options and even being gluten free, I always found something to eat. The pool decks were very nice and there was plenty of seating. "

"Amazing hotel. Incredible pools and views. Would recommend. The heated family pool was very cold, but after guests raised their concerns it was eventually resolved. The staff did their best to support us and accommodate us. Can’t thank them enough for helping to make it special. "
