Our room was moldy and the roof started leaking and flooding our room. They moved us to a new room that wasn’t moldy and smelt fine very fast and were nice. Seems like luck of the draw for rooms but if they are fully booked you may not be able to move rooms right away. Everything else was great. ...

Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive
Resort and rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of pools to choose from. Great food options. A large resort with lots of walking but a trolley available if you didn’t want to walk.

Didn’t get early check in. Paid upgrade for beach walkout at very end of building construction going on indoors and outside building new gazebo - buffet food horrible - everything had after taste to it. There is NO BEACH and NO WHITE SAND - rocks everywhere and dirty brown water couldn’t even swim ...
