"We stayed here two nights. We are Americans used to boring, run-of-the-mill hotels with no character and neutral staff who don’t like the guests. This was a lovely break from our norm. Everyone was super friendly, desirous to make our stay happy and give recommendations. The ceilings were super high in our room overlooking the bay, with a chandelier and lovely paint color. "It has beautiful views from the restaurant below street level. That is the best thing about this place. The locks and all the security gates, etc. are very trying, and the stairways are all a bit scary. The neighborhood, while cute and funky, has very narrow streets, like a maze, and the hotels here do not offer anywhere to park. The whole area on weekends is very crowded and noisy with street performers competing loudly for attention."

"What a beautiful place. The rooms are clean and well appointed, the views are just incredible. There's a fantastic restaurant downstairs with views of the coast and harbour. There's so much around the hotel to see within walking distance and the whole area is bursting with character. Our only regret was not staying longer."

"Very cozy hostel. Location is really good. It’s safe. And has great kitchen area for cooking your own food. Also has a bar available. Rooms are well kept and showers and bathrooms are in abundance and always kept clean. Staff are very very helpful and friendly. Wifi is really good here. Great place for backpackers"
