I am a retired food service supervisor and I don't think the temp on the eggs or the sausage would meet standards. On sunday morning they were completely cold. "The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though.
