"A great hotel in the heart of Bolzano. My first stay at this particular property, I stayed further away from the centre before. The area is nice, good restaurants, grocery and other shopping. My room was upgraded and I got a huge room with a terrace and a jacuzzi tub. All amenities in the room were great and plenty. Parking was convenient and not too expensive. "

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was...

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. "If you are traveling anywhere near this hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the bar and restaurant were some of the best we experienced all over Italy. The staff were beyond friendly and welcoming. "We found the location to be ideal and convenient for the Aldstadt. The hotel is superbly placed and in easy reach of the main railway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delightful in range and quality with as many double espressos as we could handle! The spa was of excellent quality with great ease of use being on a booking system."

"The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "
