"Stephane war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, abends bei einem Kaltgetränk zusammen zu sitzen und zu quatschen, war äußerst entspannend und angenehm. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und man sollte sich keinesfalls das Abendessen entgehen lassen, wenn es angeboten wird."

"Très déçus de pas avoir pu manger au restaurant un soir de St Valentin, impossible de réserver en ligne, même pas pris la peine d'essayer de trouver une solution, obligés de se débrouiller pour trouver à manger à l'extérieur, et qui plus est, assez loin avec embouteillage. Un hôtel sans pouvoir manger n'est pas un hôtel, peu importe le jour. (Pas de services proposés dans l'hôtel comme massages, spa,...) Lit bébé "cassé" et pas de matelas dedans. "Bâtiment avec une histoire, bien aménagé, chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue jusqu'à la mer dans un grand jardin paysager. Très bien situé entre la côte et le Maido ce qui nous a permis de partir assez tôt le matin, de bénéficier d une vue dégagée sans nuage puis de revenir à la Villa pour prendre un bon petit déjeuner avant de reprendre la route. Mais la cerise sur le gâteau c'était l adaptabilité de Sabine qui a répondu à nos souhaits pourquoi pas prévus dans la prestation...je recommande...

"What a delightful little find this was! The property owner is absolutely delightful and so very helpful. The room is very spacious and the surrounding areas are lovely. The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"

"It was a really calm place with a polite and friendly staff who was always here to helping and making sure our stay was comfortable, the restaurant and the bar has an amazing atmosphere with delicious dishes and cocktails on the menu. We will for sure recommend this place to our relatives. "

"good hotel but defo not a 4 star you should ask for a room with no ll inclusive restaurant incredibly slow - we ate in two hours due to long service hotels quite old i dont think it will get 4 star again probs a 3 star - this should be 60 euros a night not more"

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."
