"Gorgeous hotel in a quiet location, 2 minutes from the beach, friendly staff, on-site spa with great services... It's a little piece of heaven. The only thing I could see that might turn people off is the staff don't all speak English fluently, but as a French speaker myself, I found them to be very considerate and lovely. Definitely worth the price!"

"We truly loved the absolutely remote location of Diana Dea Lodge – it’s a peaceful hideaway surrounded by nature. That said, reaching the hotel is a bit of an adventure: the steep, winding road up requires some confidence, especially when navigating the occasional oncoming car in the dark. The lodge itself is beautifully designed, with warm wooden interiors that create a cozy and natural feel. "It was a really calm place with a polite and friendly staff who was always here to helping and making sure our stay was comfortable, the restaurant and the bar has an amazing atmosphere with delicious dishes and cocktails on the menu. We will for sure recommend this place to our relatives. "

"Spacious, well appointed rooms with well stocked kitchen area. Situated on the lagoon where you xan swim. Pool did get a little busy, used mainly by families but generally managed to get sunbed on the beach. Staff were exceptionally halpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome."

"Conveniently located near the centre of town, Le Juliette Dodu is a charming and comfortable hotel in a characterful Creole mansion. The only criticisms to make are that the bar staff are somewhat amateurish and the food in the restaurant is very limited in choice and poor in quality by Réunion standards. However, on Sunday evening there is very little choice as almost all restaurants in the city are closed."

"Excellent breakfast, lots of drink choices and smoothies. Pool was great, didn’t have any challenges getting a sunbed. The rooms were super clean, we didn’t see a single bug (which we were expecting). Had a gecko in the room who lived behind our tv who may have managed the bug situation. Buffet was good but limited selection if you are, or have, a picky eater."

"we were very happy in this hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast tasty even for us - vegans/vegetarians, we especially liked the fried beans and daily potatoes in skin. Centraly located in downtown St. Denis just a few steps away from the ocean. Free drinks at the lobby were very much appreciated. Would love to come back ane day."
