"This was our second trip to Lukka in Kas after a period of 10 years. Our first trip was amazing, and our return did not disappoint. The hotel was as beautiful as ever and the team were friendly, looking after our every need. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and characterful, with lots of lush foliage and natural features in how the hotel is integrated into the rocky landscape running down to the sunbathing area by the sea. Swimming in the sea or pool is available, the sea is lovely and clear and surprisingly warm for a dip too! A buffet breakfast was included - fresh fruit, pastries and a few warm options. Omelettes etc cooked on requests and all lovely. We had one evening meal at the hotel restaurant and again the quality was great. This adult focused hotel really has one of the most beautiful outlooks over a bay and nearby islands, it is truly spectacular at sunset - a very romantic location and atmosphere! One of our very favourite holiday destinations, and just as amazing 10 years later! One point to note - Access is down quite a narrow one way road, and parking is tight so just something to be aware of if driving to get there! "

"I stayed at this hotel for 21 days, which gave me plenty of time to experience its shortcomings. Unfortunately, a large part of my stay was plagued by issues. For five days, I had water problems and couldn’t shower properly, wasting hours waiting for it to be resolved. On my last day, there was no hot water at all—forcing a cold shower and ending the stay on a particularly bad note. The pool was out of use for an entire week, and about a third of my stay was disrupted by constant technical work—technicians entering rooms to install fly screens, fix fire alarms, and carry out other maintenance in other areas of the hotel. These interruptions were noisy, unannounced, and highly disruptive. The rooms are serviceable but outdated and poorly maintained—cracked furniture, damaged floors, faulty light fixtures, and worn-out fittings throughout. Soundproofing is poor and the internet is unreliable, constantly cutting out. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. My room went uncleaned for five days at one point, and even when it was cleaned, important areas were often missed unless specifically requested. The only redeeming features are the stunning view and the convenient location, with a bus stop right outside offering easy access to the city. It’s the cheapest hotel in the area—but unfortunately, the experience reflects that price in all the wrong ways."

"When we stayed, it was low season and the property was under renovation so the place was deserted with few other customers. They offer dinner and breakfast and dinner was home made Turkish cuisine with some meze. Breakfast was basic. The outdoor pool was heated so we could swim. It would be a nice place in Summer when renovations are done and facilities (water front sun bed, yoga place and swimming pools) are available. "

"I really liked the view from the hotel. It was very scenic! The breakfast options were amazing and had a very nice view with the pool. The staff were very friendly. I went in the offseason so the pool was cold to go in however the Mediterranean Sea was still good to swim in. One issue is the amount of stairs you have to go down in order to the get to the sea and there is no beach. It has big rocks with a ladder to go in the water. The climb up was long and lots of stairs. The room was clean and we even received cake and some fruits as a welcome gift that was complimentary. The room was clean and they even decorated for us for our honeymoon. I would definitely recommend going there again"

"Wonderful spot in Kas on the Peninsula, lovely property with a gorgeous pool view. While we stayed in the hotel rooms of this property, it is definitely more of a hostel, don't expect the same professionalism of the staff or services as hotel. "
