For a couple of days it’s decent. Nothing fancy though… rooms could use some updating. Especially the bathrooms. Breakfast options were fine, we stayed 5 days and had some variety of options. Guys at the breakfast were friendly and helpful.

No ventilation in the bathroom creates mold!

There was a very strong smell of chemicals in the room that gave us a headache. The manager told us it was a cleaning agent used to clean the floor. I thought a cleaning agent that smells that strong would destroy the floors. We left the door to the room and deck wide open to air out the room. Once the smell dissipated we could then smell mold from the bathroom. We told the manager we couldn’t stay in a room with mold. He said he would get some more Chemicals to clean the bathroom. We said we didn’t want more chemicals and he agreed to let us cancel our second night. Personally, I think the initial strong chemical smell was to mask the mold smell. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so this creates a good environment for mold to grow. We decided not to use the bathroom at all and use the bathroom by the pool. It had not been cleaned in sometime. The bin was full of used toilet paper….. The breakfast was decent enough with a good selection of food. The coffee was very weak. The room itself had a great view.

Location and views were amazing. Staff did everything we needed and theen some. Googlebtranslate was ideal. Hats off to Hassan who always found a way to communicate with us and accomodate requests even if he did not know what they are atcthe start. He used youtube videos to learn and made our drinks forbus. That is talent and service

Does not live up to expectations

While this hotel is in a beautiful location, it does NOT seem to deserve its “exceptional” rating. Our room felt old, with worn out carpeting, clogged shower drains, towels that felt rough/old, and a strange smell in the room. The service was good but only when you could find someone. Overall I would recommend this place only if the other similarly priced hotels are all booked up. I will be returning to Kas and will seek to stay elsewhere.

In our case partial sea view in the description of the room was 0 sea view in reality - we had a room with a pool and roof view in front of our windows. Please be aware that hotel has a few levels and it’s ridiculous but the highest level is with a view on the roof of the level which is lower. Other things were fine - room is big and clean and really modern. Air condition is perfect. Breakfast is fine with different choices and they try to change several positions from day to day, but coffee is a disaster, awful and it’s better to drink water instead

Konforlu sessiz kaliteli

Otelin kendine ait otoparkı var. Odalar yeni temiz geniş ferah sessiz. Yatak çok rahat yastık yukseklikleri ideal. Fakat duşakabinden odaya su sızıyor klozete kadar gidiyor. Perdeler kapatılınca odadaki ışiklandırma çok yetersiz kaliyor. Bunlar küçük sorunlar ama halledilirse çok iyi olur. Kahvaltı mükemmel, iskelenin geliştirilmesi gerekiyor promosyon şemsiyeler hem ucuz duruyor hemde alçaklar onları kaliteli şemsiyelerle değiştirmeniz çok iyi olur. Birde birayla çerez aynı fiyatta olmaz. Fiyat fayda açısından 10/10 bir otel herkese tavsiye ederim.

Schöne Location

Sehr sehr schöne Location. Das Hotel könnte fünf Sterne sein, musste aber dafür hier und da renoviert werden. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Strand war schön.
