The room was very comfortable, on a lovely property, so green and quiet, yet so near the city of Marseille. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, including fresh figs from her own trees! "The maitre d'hotel was fantastic, very welcoming, demonstrating the after hours locks, and providing a map and list of things to do in the area. My only caveat is the office is a bit hard to find within the residential-shopping complex. I recommend parking (at least first) next to the dentist office and walking the short distance upward along the front of the sloping driveway to the building entrance. "We stayed at a one bedroom unit and liked the cleanliness, location near Prado, kitchenette and good AC. The sofa bed was reasonably comfortable and clean. However, the property was dated. There were chipped tiles, patchy paint jobs, broken/loose floor skirts, bathtub cracks among other issues. These maintenance issues detract from the overall enjoyment of the stay. "Really friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. They had everything you need. Swimming pool, washer/driers downstairs, perfectly equipped kitchenette in apartment, mini-shop in reception. The location is brilliant for a stay in Marseille. 2 min walk from Perrier Subway station, opposite Prado Perrier bus stop (with buses to Cassis and Prado beach). Patisserie opposite and Carrefour a short walk. Apartments small but not too small. If we come to Marseille again, we’ll most definitely stay here....

"Beautiful room. Great bed. Very quiet. If no car, take the 82 and 83 bus from the station. Popular entry into the water a short walk. I didn't dine at the restaurant, but apparently it's top notch. Great staff."

"Close to beach. No grocery stores close by for quick snacks or food. Limited dining. Had to use e-bikes and scooters to get any amenities or restaurants. No hair blowers in room, nobody made the beds just took out your garbage. Outside is run down. Good about giving help in English. Safe property. "

"Ive come to Marseille to visit my friend. For my stay, I wanted a hotel tjat was quite close to Saint Charles station and was an affordable proce. I booked Ibis via hotel.com and it disappoint. I arrived in the evening. The receptionist was very friendly , spoke good english and was very helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat offering cereals, toast, pastries, coffee and juices. I would definitely recommend this hotel. *5 all the way! "

"Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "
