"I stayed one night on Christmas Eve. with my 3 children. Our room was clean and cute. We had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The shower was small with no bathtub, but I'm guessing the place is older. Everything was great and there is a rocker on the porch. I'd stay again if needed. "

The Grosvenor Square room was very loud and I could hear every step and talking from neighbors because the multi-bedroom unit is directly above - didn't get much sleep. "We were there during Hurricane Helena, Staff could not have been more helpful not only to the guests but the families who came who lost everything and needed a hot meal, bottled water and a roll of TP. A strong community spirit when everyone was reaching out for comfort and basic needs and the hotel accommodated everyone for many days."
