"Nice clean room, en suite, with tea and coffee-making facilities. Only a velux window though, so no views. Bathroom nice enough, if a little cramped. Reasonable breakfast with excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. Convenient for both the train station and the tower."

"Simple but just enough for one night. The lady who gridded us was very nice. Room door very difficult to open with key. Bathroom not in room but still private. You have to come out of your room into a common small area and then go into the bathroom. It was kinda different, but I did not see anyone else there to share bathroom. Very convenient to walk to station , 3 blocks and a 15 min walk to the leaning tower where there were many restaurants . Very safe walk . Many small stores to buy water,...

"Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room....

"Checking in was extremely frustrating! There was no mention of checking in at a different location, only hours for a front desk. When we were finally able to find the check in it was still quite the process to get to the room. There is a kitchen but no microwave, just FYI. The towels for the shower look and feel like large paper napkins."

"Nice quiet area, not a lot of tourists. Plenty of little restaurants, loved how they closed off the street in the evening to put out extra tables. The parking in front of La Papaya is a bit troublesome. It is paid parking and they say that they offer a daily rate, but the parking meter doesn't seem to allow us to select the daily rate. There is an app that can be downloaded for the parking, but as a traveller, I didn't want to add some other app to my phone. There is free parking a few...

"Very dated wobbly bed but was comfortable ,repair marks in room with pipes and wires showing didn’t realise the bathroom wouldn’t be in our room and had to walk along the hallway to use😱 Best thing about it was the cup of tea in the morning and a couple minutes walk to leaning tower "
