"I had an outstanding experience at the Body Holiday. I cannot speak highly enough of it. I had the privilege of staying four nights and enjoyed my time immensely. First off, the activities and treatments included in the stay are simply wonderful. I joined a number of the classes and really felt like they were simultaneously relaxing and challenging enough to make them feel legitimate. The amenities are beautiful and varied. The property is gorgeous. It is small enough that it is walkable, but large enough that it doesn’t feel too cramped. The room I stayed in was a tiny bit dated, but to a negligible degree given how awesome everything else was. The dining options are excellent, with the restaurants providing a great amount of variety and flavourful food. The staff is so wonderful. I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of, especially as a solo traveller. I cannot say enough good things about this place and I can guarantee I will be back. "
