"Great little escape in Old San Juan w open free bar! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Easy walking distance to food shopping and municipal inexpensive parking. This is my second time there. They must have noted and gave me a free bottle of wine for the room. Great terrace view.Safe area."

"Staff is very costumer oriented and friendly. The room was spacious, with a small kitchen and two open rooms. The bed was decent quality, and the pullout couch was a little stiff. Only major issues; the floors were not particularly clean and the walls are rather thin. We could hear people talking in the lobby, everytime someone flushed a toilet, etc."

"Amazing location in a beautiful historic building in the heart of Old San Juan. Steps away from shopping, bars, and restaurants with a view of Castillo San Cristobal. The walk to the cruise terminal at pier 4 was about 8 minutes. Maricruz, the owner, was so friendly and helpful also. Will definitely stay again!"

"Hotel el Covento is very well located, close to all sorts of dining and shopping locales and next to the Cathedral. It's colonial architecture gives it a very special charm and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant food and waitresses are really good. The only mishap was the faulty elevator but overall I would definitely recommend it."

"Our experience for a 1 night stay at Navona was actually better than expected. We booked it because of the location and reasonable price. We flew in for a cruise and wanted to spend a day in San Juan before departing on the cruise.
