"Absolutely awful. The apartment was dirty, greasy even and dusty. We had to clean the whole place and washed the sheets ourselves. Almost everything was broken, the bed, fridge, tv, shower, even one of the things to hang the sheets we washed. Mattresses are the cheapest thinnest available and with the broken slats combined to be the worst bed I’ve ever slept (or not slept) in. The oven was so filthy it filled the whole flat with smoke. "The unique thing about this property is the property manager(s). Ensured that my stay was excellent. The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"The property is large and spacious, old-fashioned / dated in style, but adequate. The beds are not very comfortable at all, and this was the main issue. Communication / checkin was fine, with no problems. Everything worked as it should inside the apartment. If you are looking for a simple place to stay then this will be fine but do not expect any luxuries."
