"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"Lamarck é uma pessoa sensacional! Ele e sua mãe são uns anjos. Os demais funcionários são educados, atenciosos! A pousada é excelente, com uma ótima localização (para que vai de carro, consegue aproveitar mais). Há mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e padaria por perto. O café da manhã é bem servido, com diversas opções de pães, sucos, bolos, frutas típicas da época. O bolo de cenoura com chocolate é divino. O quarto é bem amplo, muito limpo. Did not worked. -Dirty - the windiw with out glass, - when I arrived my car were parked in side, but in the morning the car were in the street. -No shower wit hit water - the bath room smell too bad. - on the bad a lot of powder. "We have been to Ilhabela multiple times and stayed at different places . This place is exceptional. Luxury but humble, the perfect location and wonderful view. Breakfast is delivered to the room, to enjoy on the private beach front balcony. The bathtub facing the ocean is so relaxing. Across the street is a wonderful restaurant right on the sand. "The hotel is right across the street from the beach and carnival which is nice. Apon checking in our room had bugs on the bed and then when we killed them we were woken up to more bugs crawling on us. We called the front desk a man came up in the middle of the night and said its fine they are just termites and felt after promising us that we can change rooms the next day. We did not end up changing rooms they sent up a maid to clean the room and all she did was sweep and mop the floor. The...

"Ótima localização da pousada. Acesso fácil a todas as praias do lado norte, além de ser encostadinha do Centro Histórico, deixava o carro lá e ia a pé, todos os dias. A experiência é incrível, todos os funcionários são super atenciosos e gentis, além de tudo, cada cantinho da pousada tem um charme, cheio de flores e mangas. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com tudo sempre fresquinho e ótima variedade, não senti falta de nada. Pretendo voltar."
