"The staff has informed us that will need to pay tourism tax if it's not book by local. Got baby stool chair. Free to watch cartoon or disney movie, no youtube. Provide buggy service to beach. Clean, free parking, staffs friendly, food ok. Cons: It's will be good if kids playing area are free."

Not suitable for small family
"The location is far from beach which need 15 minutes drive to beach but it's nearby main road to find food so you don't need to worry midnight craving for food. The towels were smelly so better bring your own towel. Overall is house is big enough to cater a big family and relative but not suitable ..."
