The hotel is comfortable and well-located, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Mariela and Alejandro(pool server )—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. We really appreciate everything they did for us. We’ll definitely be back!"

"El Morro is probably my favorite hotel in La Paz. Always a pleasure staying there. Hotel staff are very polite. Pool is nice to relax in after a day at the beach. The malecón walkway is just in front of the hotel. It is about a 3/4 mile walk to where the action is and is very safe walk even late night. "

"The hotel was beautiful and the people were kind. They were quick to respond if we needed anything. It was walking distance to downtown. The only thing that we would recommend is that they get better mattresses. And the neighborhood had lots of barking dogs. Which I know the hotel can't do anything about that."
