"We loved everything! We wish we had this place for more nights! Excellent location! The place was absolutely lovely, clean, spacious and beautiful! We were not expecting to be pampered with amazing breakfast as well! The shower was excellent also! Very comfortable beds. Thank you for everything! "

"This is a great place to stay - friendly, clean and everything worked. Good breakfast and facilities. Would definitely stay here again if in Napoli. Just don’t trust the Google map directions - it’s behind a green door just before the main road past the cruise port. "

"Biagio is the person who makes this place incredible! His hospitality is perfection. If you are planning a trip to the Amalfi or Naples I would highly recommend. Great location with local shops and amenities in a safe location in Naples, within 20 min walk of the ferry terminals which get you to the Amalfi in approx 1.5 hours. The hotel is clean and tidy and the room is well equipped. Highly recommend, we hope to return soon! "

"We really enjoyed our stay! Hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and go out of their way to provide food, drinks, and a great place to stay. Location is very convenient for walking around and catching the train, funicular and ferry. Highly recommend to stay here for a trip to Naples! "

"Aida's hospitality (warm!) was a perfect match for the room itself, and friendly staff. Room was spacious, bathroom top-notch (incl. plenty of hot water, always appreciated), breakfast very decent -- including a birthday candle stuck in the appropriate sfogliatella! Look forward to a return visit some day!"

"The room was clean and quiet. I was amazed by how high tech it was-everything was electronic. (To turn on the lights anywhere needed your palm) the water was hot, but I think they needed a better toilet paper holder. No one spoke English, and unfortunately, my husband and I speak almost no Italian. The gentleman at the front desk used an app which worked well enough for check in, but not enough for us to feel confident asking questions on how we should get to Pompeii, dinner recs, etc....

"great location in Santa Lucia, room was comfortable , the AC was cool and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice with lovely service, I’m gluten free and they got pastries in for me especially. Would stay again if visiting Naples. "

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing, dining, transportation by bus, taxi, train or ferry, and within a very short walk. The room is small though and only has windows into the interior mezzanine of the building. You hear people talking in that area or doors slamming quite loudly during the day, but if you only plan to tour the city by day and sleep in the room at night by yourself or with 1, itis no problem."

"Very clean and great looking room with an amazing view of the inside of the gallery umburto. Daily vouchers for a great breakfast at the cafe just below. Nice and cool AC, flawless self check-in with great instructions. I couldn’t ask for anything more. "

"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."
