"Far from everything we wanted, train, airport and city centre. Room was a nice size and clean, but we found it hot and even with the thermostat in the room we could not get it under 24C. Too warm for us, but I know that others would like it. Overall, a nice hotel and friendly staff."

"Nice hotel but not close to the city. There is a bus stop just outside, and we waited for the bus there, but it just went right past us. Easy walk next door to a fabulous shopping center. Breakfast was worth it. We had trouble sometimes finding someone at the bar to get us drinks or ice. It was a restful stopover after several weeks on the road."

"Need updating shower was broken sink block badly design walk in shower flooded the room when you had a shower. Owner hardly speak English and not welcoming for the price you pay is alright somewhere to sleep for a night. Towel like bed sheets. Cleaner was very helpful though. "

"The hotel is located in the absolute best location! The room was very comfortable but there is no cleaning service (new towels) unless you ask in advance. There is also no shampoo and conditioner; just the body wash, and no body lotion. This seems to be the new normal in Italian hotels unless they are 5 star. Not really an issue though because there is a Coop store directly next door. We would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great."

"This was definitely a unique property. It is in a very old building, located right in the piazza, with lots of dining options. We stayed in the Triple Room, on the top floor. There was a loft with another bedroom, but we did not use it. The Views from this room were unbelievable of the Churches and the rooftops. One of the best hotel views I have ever had. "Hotel situato a metà strada, circa, tra stazione dei treni e centro città, quindi comodissimo per chi viaggia in treno. La nostra stanza era al terzo piano ed era grande, pulita e silenziosa. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Personale cortese ed educatissimo. Le piccole imperfezioni sono state prontamente risolte...ci tornerei."
