Location where we picked up our keys changed at the last minute (they shut their office at Milano Centrale station), however they kept us informed. "Absolutely horrible customer service. After a long trip we arrived at hotel late at 1.30am. They charged us 10euro for late check in and charged for child but only gave us twin beds for a family of 3. The guy on the desk was very rude. They gave us twin bed when we expected a double bed.
