"The staff are wonderful, though our check in was interrupted by another group and our host left us for a while. Buffet is very good and was never too busy, and loved the view from our room! "We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. We had a spacious suite room with balcony overlooking the river- with bathrobes & slippers. Their breakfast was indeed a treat & had selections for western & eastern palates & an egg & noodle stations. Come early for breakfast to avoid waiting for a table. Service was 5 star too from the front desk, the concierge (who helped us find great city tours & dinner with traditional dancing), room service & restaurant. Definitely a wonderful all around classy hotel...

"It is a very convenient location as it is connected to the BTS. It has two 711 close to it, one on each side. It can also be an easy walking distance to shopping areas such as Platinum Fashion Mall and Pratunam or a short tuktuk or taxi ride. I love that their breakfast buffet has a wide range of selection as well."
